PRN | $40–$50 Per Visit | Plainview, TX | Weekly Pay BrightStar Care of Lubbock is seeking a dependable Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Plainview and surrounding communities. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Provide skilled nursing care according to individualized plans of care. * Perform wound care, medication administration, IV infusions, and other skilled treatments. * Assess patients and monitor changes in condition. * Coordinate care with physicians, patients, and families. * Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. * Provide care to Medicaid and private-pay patients. NO OASIS required. WHAT YOU'LL NEED * Active, unrestricted Texas RN license. * At least 1 year of nursing experience. * Home health experience preferred, but not required. * Wound care experience is a plus. * Strong clinical judgment and communication skills. * Ability to work independently. * Current BLS/CPR certification. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting.
