Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all clinical nursing operations and home care services Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local home health regulations and standards Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff including RNs, LPNs, and home health aides Develop, implement, and update clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives Conduct patient assessments, care plan reviews, and coordinate interdisciplinary care Collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes Monitor and maintain agency compliance with OASIS documentation and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines Requirements: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home health or community care Prior supervisory or director-level nursing management experience required Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health regulations and OASIS documentation Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills CPR/BLS certification preferred Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead a diverse clinical team About Us: Trust Home Care Inc is a dedicated home health agency serving the Bowie, MD community with compassionate, patient-centered care.
