Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Supervise and support STNAs and other nursing staff Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on quality care Qualifications: Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Long-term care experience preferred but not required Why Join Circleville Post Acute?
