Career growth and advancement opportunities Supportive leadership and collaborative care teams Modern acute care environment Streamlined hiring process with fast decisions Fast Hiring Process: Apply → 15-Minute Recruiter Prescreen → One Hiring Manager Interview → Fast Hiring Decision Responsibilities Provide direct patient care for rehabilitation patients (post-acute, stroke, orthopedic, neuro) Perform ongoing assessments and monitor clinical condition and progress toward rehab goals Communicate changes in condition, diagnostic results, and symptomatology to physicians Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per plan of care Support mobility, ADLs, and patient independence in collaboration with therapy teams Educate patients and families on recovery, safety, and discharge planning Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or treatment response Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Must have current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State. BLS upon hire and maintain current.
