About the Community Collingswood Manor is a community serving residents in assisted living, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation. Our Nursing team works closely with residents and families to support health, comfort, and individualized care needs. What You'll Do Monitor resident status throughout the shift and communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate team members Provide nursing services in accordance with individualized care plans, established procedures, and applicable regulations Support the admission, transfer, and discharge process while helping ensure a smooth experience for residents and families Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation Participate in resident assessments, care conferences, and the development and review of individualized care plans Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support quality care and positive outcomes What you'll need Required: An active New Jersey RN license At least 1 year of nursing experience Prior experience with Point Click Care EMR system Preferred: Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing setting Pay and Benefits $40.33 to $50.33 per hour, based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Group life and voluntary life insurance Tuition assistance, professional development, and e-learning access Generous paid time off plus 9 paid holidays Retirement plan with employer match Employee assistance program and discount program Some benefits are position, shift and hours dependent Schedule Part-time position 2pm-10pm evening shift Weekend and holiday responsibilities shared among team members through a rotating schedule Why UMC United Methodist Communities has been Certified as a Great Place to Work for 9 years in a row and has proudly served New Jersey seniors for more than 100 years.
