Consultant External Referral Bonus Program Eligible referrals may qualify for a bonus when the referred candidate is hired and completes 90 days of employment, subject to ProspHire’s referral program terms. Consultant: $500 Senior Consultant: $1,000 Manager: $1500 To be eligible, submit your referral before ProspHire is engaged with the candidate. We exclude candidates already in our ATS or active pipeline, and agency-submitted candidates. Client, vendor, and other potential conflict situations require specific approval. Submitting a referral does not automatically guarantee eligibility or payment. ProspHire pays the referral bonus only after the hired candidate completes 90 days of employment with ProspHire. Consultant Professionals with 2-5 years of healthcare or consulting experience can support project delivery, analyze information, organize work, and collaborate with clients and internal teams. Relevant experience may include process improvement, implementation, healthcare operations, project coordination, or business analysis. Senior Consultant Professionals with at least 5 years of experience delivering medium to large-scale business solutions, including healthcare industry experience and previous consulting experience. Candidates should have experience leading projects or workstreams, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering improvements. Relevant experience may include project management, change management, operational improvement, implementation, and communicating findings to leadership. Manager Professionals with experience leading teams and complex projects, managing client relationships, and overseeing delivery. Relevant experience may include healthcare consulting leadership, engagement management, team development, and translating business priorities into actionable plans. At all levels, we value clear communication, practical problem-solving, accountability, and measurable results. Work location and travel expectations depend on the specific position and client engagement and will be discussed during the recruiting process.
