We offer flexible scheduling, weekday and weekend shifts, and immediate openings for qualified candidates. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care and monitor patient conditions. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Provide trach/vent care, G-tube feedings, wound care, and post-operative care as applicable. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow individualized care plans. Promote patient safety, comfort, and dignity. Requirements Active NYS RN license and registration. Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience. Current American Heart Association BLS certification. Physical examination and QuantiFERON within the past year. MMR titers within 10 years.
