We are recruiting for the following position: Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization Nurse Manager (RN/LPN) The Nurse Manager is a clinical leadership position responsible for overseeing nursing operations, supervising clinical care teams, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. This role partners closely with the Health Center Administrator and Medical Director to achieve clinical quality goals, maintain regulatory compliance, support provider productivity, and ensure exceptional patient service. Key Duties: Supervise and support nurses, MA Supervisors, Medical Assistants, Care Coordinators, and other clinical support staff Ensure achievement of Clinical Quality Measures (CQMs) and closure of patient care gaps Monitor clinic operations, patient flow, and provider productivity targets Conduct staff training, competency assessments, audits, and performance evaluations Oversee infection control, medication management, quality controls, and regulatory compliance Manage referrals, patient follow-up activities, and patient grievances Lead quality improvement initiatives utilizing the PDSA model Support team-based care and implementation of the Patient-Centered Medical Home model Assist with clinic operations and provide clinical support as needed Qualifications: Active Washington State RN license required (BSN preferred) LPN may be considered with equivalent experience Ambulatory care experience preferred Supervisory or management experience preferred BLS/CPR certification required within 90 days of hire Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Fast-paced outpatient medical clinic environment. May be required to provide direct patient care, travel to other clinic locations, and oversee clinic operations in the absence of the Clinic Manager.
