Responsibilities Responsibilities: Deliver attentive 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and monitoring during overnight hours based on individualized client care plans. Administer specialized nursing interventions within scope (PICC line management, port accessing, peripheral IV insertion). Support clients and families with health education, medication administration, and compassionate guidance. Complete timely clinical documentation and report status changes to interdisciplinary care teams. Participate in periodic case management conferences and team check-ins. Qualifications Qualifications Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license. Active BLS Certification. Proven proficiency in peripheral IV placement, accessing ports, and PICC line care. Clear background screening via the Florida AHCA Clearinghouse. Strong clinical judgment, independence, and basic digital charting/computer skills. Authorized to work in the United States.
