You’ll work in our assisted living neighborhood, where you get to know residents and their families over months and years, not just for one shift. What you’ll do Check on residents’ health with assessments, and follow up when something changes Lead and support the Resident Care Assistants on your shift Write and update care plans with residents, families, and the care team Oversee medication management and keep it in line with New Jersey rules Respond to incidents and changes in condition, then document and follow up Help coordinate appointments, transportation, referrals, and moves between care levels What you’ll need Required: An active New Jersey RN license or an active multistate (compact) RN license Preferred: 1 year or more of nursing experience.
