We're looking for a Clinical Informatics RN who is passionate about improving workflows, solving problems, and helping caregivers get the most from our electronic medical record (EMR) systems. What You'll Do * Partner with clinicians to optimize workflows and improve EMR utilization * Serve as a trusted resource for physicians, nurses, and staff on clinical technology solutions * Lead and support EMR implementations, upgrades, testing, and new feature rollouts * Provide training, education, and ongoing support to clinical teams * Identify opportunities to improve documentation, efficiency, and patient care outcomes * Collaborate with operational, clinical, and IT leaders to implement best practices * Troubleshoot system issues and recommend innovative solutions * Advocate for the needs of frontline caregivers in technology planning and design * Support change management initiatives and promote technology adoption across the organization What We Offer: We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
