Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our Federal Health Practice to support publicly funded health system clients. This role requires a proactive leader with strong project management and relevant content expertise to lead project support across multiple workstreams. The successful candidate will work closely with the Federal Health Practice leadership to managed up and down the organization to identify and raise risks, ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Work with Federal Health leadership team to coordinate efforts, build repeatable processes and ensure alignment with client goals and internal teams. Collaborate closely with project leads and managers to drive and support project execution and delivery. Develop, maintain, and oversee comprehensive workplans, including deliverable schedules, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor program-specific financials, including forecasting and tracking spend to ensure budget adherence. Identify, document, and manage internal and client risks, escalating issues as appropriate to mitigate impact. Responsible for proper onboarding on new project team members, including training and mentoring efforts are in place to build team capabilities. Liaise with internal business and corporate stakeholders to establish processes and support to foster compliance for the federal health practice. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular status updates and reports. Support delivery activities as needed, contributing to successful client outcomes. Qualifications: Proven experience in program management, preferably within federal health or defense-related environments. Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience mentoring or training early career staff in project management and scheduling functions. Demonstrated ability to manage project financials, including forecasting and budget tracking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a remote team environment. Familiarity with publicly funded health system, particularly federal health programs. Familiarity with managed healthcare (commercial, Medicaid managed care, Medicare Advantage, TRICARE, ...) PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred. Work Environment: This is a hybrid or remote position requiring self-motivation, discipline, and strong virtual collaboration skills with tipycal working hour : 9am - 5pm (Eastern Standard Time) The role involves frequent interaction with cross-functional teams and client representatives via virtual meetings and digital collaboration tools. Travel is required (25%-30%) and fluctuates based on client engagements and staffing needs. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person. The applicable base salary range for this role is $88 000 to $176 000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
