Full Job Description

Responsible for managing staff on client engagements, developing work plans, reviewing work produced, and presenting reports to clients Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate a team of advisory consultants on client engagements, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality deliverables Develop comprehensive work plans for client projects, aligning team efforts with project goals and deadlines Review and provide feedback on work produced by team members, including financial analyses, regulatory research, and operational reviews Prepare and present summary reports to clients, effectively communicating project outcomes, recommendations, and financial insights Guide team members in conducting account analyses, financial processing, and developing recommendations for improving internal controls and organizational performance Foster professional development of team members through mentoring, training, and performance evaluations Collaborate with senior management to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the healthcare financial services practice ​​ ​ Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Health Policy Administration At least 4 years healthcare financial operations or consulting work experience At least 3 years project management work experience At least 2 years accounting and finance work experience At least 2 years people management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to negotiate effectively, analyze and perform routine and complex problem resolution Preferred Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Health Policy Administration Certification in healthcare finance such as Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Demonstrated success in client relationship management Track record of implementing process improvements or cost-saving initiatives in healthcare settings Expectations Comfortable with remote work arrangements and virtual collaboration tools May require up to 40% travel for client meetings, conferences, or training Physical demands include extended periods of sitting, computer use, and telephone communication Netsmart is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
