Gloucester, Virginia Hiring Range $34.40 - $47.30/Hourly Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs. Riverside Lifelong Health & Rehabilitation Sanders is currently hiring for a part-time, night shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join their care team in Gloucester, VA! This position is eligible for a $5,000 Sign on Bonus Overview Works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing, as applicable. Assesses, plans, implements, and executes delivery of resident care and directs all activities in order to provide quality service to assure positive resident outcomes. Maintains close contact with residents, families and staff while coordinating nursing services with all other disciplines. What you will do Assigns duties to professional and non-professional staff according to education, training, policy and resident need. Engages team members for optimal performance and addresses performance as needed to assure quality resident care is delivered. Develops, implements and evaluates resident plans of care. Communicates plan of care to providers, residents, families and staff. Identifies changes in condition with proper documentation following the Interact process. Demonstrates consistent follow through for positive resident outcomes. Utilizes good judgment and specialized skills. Demonstrates the ability to manage a typical nursing unit. Allows resident choices within limits of capability considering safety /dignity issues and follows policies and procedures of facility to include resident privacy and dignity.
