Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Work Shift: Days (United States of America) The Nursing Professional Development Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, execution, implementation, and evaluation of nursing professional development programs and strategic initiatives. This role partners closely with nursing leadership, program managers, educators, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. Coordinate multiple nursing professional development programs and projects from initiation through implementation and evaluation. Coordinate cross-functional activities among nursing education teams, operations, technology, analytics, and business stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, work plans, and implementation schedules. Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks to ensure timely execution. Assist with program launches, change management activities, and operational readiness. Ensure project documentation is current, organized, and compliant with organizational standards. Track program performance metrics, KPIs, milestones, and project health indicators. Monitor project outcomes against established goals and recommend opportunities for improvement. Serve as a liaison between project teams, clinical stakeholders, and operational partners. Support executive presentations, governance meetings, and leadership reporting. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and project execution. Ensure projects align with organizational priorities, quality standards, and regulatory requirements where applicable. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance nursing professional development operations.
