Responsibilities: Provide direct, individualized patient care in private home settings according to the established plan of care Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician Monitor and document patient vital signs, health status, and changes in condition Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team regarding patient progress Perform skilled nursing procedures including wound care, catheter care, and IV therapy Educate patients and family members on care techniques, medications, and health management Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records Requirements: Active RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois Previous private duty, home health, or in-home care nursing experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills CPR/BLS certification required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in the Stone Park, IL area About Us: Golden Healthcare Services Inc is a trusted provider of private duty and in-home healthcare services in the Stone Park, IL area.
