Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Valid RN or LPN license in the state of employment - Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical or hospital environment - Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and safety protocols - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle sensitive situations with professionalism - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required - Commitment to patient safety and quality care standards - Permit, and a valid BLS Certification. - A valid ACLS, PALS, and TNCC Certification.
