Responsibilities: * Act as supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff * Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans * Ensure that the delivery of care meets expectations * Assess current and prospective residents * Assist in the hiring of clinical care staff * Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies QUALIFICATIONS: * Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license * Previous experience supervising staff * Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired * Passion and drive for helping others * A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset Edgewood offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
