RN- Registered Nurse

Job Overview Ebenezer is hiring a Registered Nurse/RN role who would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the adult long-term care center and transitional care unit patients are met. Supported by a team of nursing assistants, housekeeping, activities, culinary, social work and more. Nursing schedule includes; Casual hours Flexible schedule Ebenezer Ridges Care Center highlights a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Intergenerational Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville, MN. Responsibilities: Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided Required: Current MN RN license or by start date BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification.
