You take initiative, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively with team members in assisted living and memory care settings. Your professional demeanor and calm presence help create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.   Responsibilities * Provide high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident needs * Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered * Supervise and support care staff and collaborate on resident care plans * Monitor changes in residents’ conditions and communicate effectively with the care team * Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control procedures * Document all care activities accurately and in a timely manner * Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed Requirements * Valid Ohio LPN / RN license * High School Diploma or equivalent * Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English * Strong interpersonal and organizational skills * A professional who understands how to approach others in a respectful manner and reacts well under pressure * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
