Job Overview Ebenezer is seeking a Nursing Assistant/Registered (CNA/NAR) to support our residents in our Ebenezer Skilled Nursing Facility (Transitional Care)! This role provides hands on care and patient support services for our adult short stay patients at our spacious care center TCU in Edina, MN. Aurora on France is a new, innovative senior community attached to Fairview Southdale Hospital in the heart of Edina, MN. Located conveniently near Hwy. 62 and France Ave. and is on a bus line. Aurora has 136 units offering a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. Nursing schedule includes; Casual / on call Day, evening, overnight Must work a minimum of three shifts per month, which includes two weekend shifts per month and one holiday per year Responsibilities: Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care RN – Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessary Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided Required: Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse Current MN RN license AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification.
