Registered Nurse | Adult Health Care

JOB SUMMARY: Summary * The RN in Adult Health Care (Med/Surg) is the basic level of professional nursing practice. The nurse identifies and implements nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes and evaluates the results of these interventions for a given patient population. A nurse at this level may be required to assume leadership responsibility.   Schedule * Casual position, working various 8-hour and 12-hour shifts * Includes day, evening and night shifts along with weekend and holiday shifts * Minimum of 2 shifts per month   Pay  * Pay based on experience and degree * Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $43.24 per hour * Bachelors in nursing starting at $43.61 per hour * Masters in nursing starting at $45.79 per hour * Pay range: $43.24 to $65.47 per hour   Qualifications  * Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. * Current licensure in the State of Minnesota. * Understanding of the range of treatment needed by patients of all ages in relation to the growth and development processes to include adult and geriatric patients.   Employee Testimonial: "I enjoy leading my team because it is truly a team atmosphere.
