Staffing Registered Nurse (RN) - Per Diem $50/hour, plus up to $4/hour more for nights and weekends. What You'll Do Pick up shifts that fit your schedule across our assisted living and skilled nursing communities Deliver hands-on, person-centered nursing care to residents Administer medications and treatments according to care plans Document care clearly so the next shift has what they need Hand off to full-time staff and community leadership at shift change Respond to resident and family needs with clinical judgment and compassion What You'll Need Required: Active, unencumbered New Jersey RN license Current flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions considered) 18 years of age or older Preferred: 1+ year of nursing experience, ideally in long-term care or assisted living Pay & Schedule $50.00 per hour base rate Shift differentials: +$1.00/hour evenings, +$2.00/hour nights, +$4.00/hour weekends Per diem: day, evening, and night shifts available, Ready to Apply?
