City/State South Boston, VA Work Shift Rotating Overview: RN Mobile Unit - Covering Community Events Must be flexible to work events on the weekends (usually Sat.) and during the week The Registered Nurse will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of patient care, including conducting thorough assessments, designing and implementing personalized care plans, administering medications and treatments, and evaluating patient responses to interventions. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity throughout the treatment process. Education Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing (required) Certification/Licensure Registered nursing License (Required) BLS required within 90 days of hire Experience 1 year of RN experience Clinic experience (preferred) Able to connect with the community Good communication skills For many of our Registered Nurse roles, we welcome new graduate applicants. We're excited to share our starting pay rate for new graduate registered nurses with less than 1 year of experience is $36.00/hour We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
