Registered Nurse (RN) – PART TIME AND PRN Location: Cypress Ridge Care Center – Monterey, CA Pay Rate: $53.00 – $55.00 per hour Shift: all shifts About Us Cypress Ridge Care Center is a premier skilled nursing facility committed to delivering top-tier compassionate care. Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, clinically skilled, and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a full-time AM shift position. In this role, you will lead the clinical team, manage resident care plans, administer treatments, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership: Oversee the daily delivery of nursing care and supervise LVNs and CNAs on the AM shift. Resident Care: Perform comprehensive clinical assessments, administer medications, and implement complex nursing interventions. Care Planning: Develop, update, and manage individualized resident care plans in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Documentation: Maintain precise, timely medical records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Communication: Act as the primary clinical liaison for physicians, family members, and facility administration. Qualifications Active, unencumbered California Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current CPR / BLS certification. Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and critical thinking skills. Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
