Registered Nurse (RN) - Per Diem Earn $45.33 an hour as a per diem RN at Collingswood Manor, a nonprofit senior living community certified a Great Place to Work for 9 years running. Choose day, night, or overnight shifts, with just one weekend a month and one major holiday required. We'll get back to you within 48 hours of applying. Collingswood Manor is a full-continuum community: independent living, assisted living, memory care, rehab, and skilled nursing all on one campus. As an RN here, you'll have real autonomy in how you manage resident care and the team supporting you. What you'll do Monitor resident health through assessments, observation, and timely follow-up Supervise and support Resident Care Assistants to ensure quality care Assist the Director of Resident Life with coordinating resident care and support services Complete assessments, reassessments, and individualized service plans with residents, families, and the care team Coordinate resident transitions, appointments, transportation, and referrals Oversee medication management and compliance with state regulations Assess, document, and follow up on resident incidents and changes in condition Partner with residents, families, and the care team to support resident well-being and safety What you'll need Required: Current, active RN license in New Jersey Strong interpersonal and communication skills Preferred: 1+ years of nursing experience Pay and other compensation $45.33 per hour Per diem scheduling: pick up day, night, or overnight shifts around your availability Schedule Per diem.
