For more than seven years, our local agency has helped older adults and other individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Flexible part-time scheduling Primarily daytime hours based on client needs Mileage reimbursement for qualifying work-related travel Supportive local office and leadership team One-on-one interaction with clients and families Opportunity to mentor and support caregivers Paid training and professional development Employee Referral Bonus opportunities Meaningful work without a traditional hospital environment Established home care agency serving the community for 7+ years What You'll Do Conduct initial client assessments and reassessments Develop, review, and update individualized service/care plans Perform required supervisory visits in clients' homes Assess client condition, safety, needs, and satisfaction with services Monitor caregiver performance and adherence to the care plan Provide caregiver coaching, education, and clinical guidance Assist with caregiver competency evaluations when appropriate Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Identify and communicate changes in client condition or care needs Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff Provide nursing consultation for medically frail or compromised clients when appropriate Help resolve client or caregiver concerns Support quality assurance and continuous improvement activities Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation Help ensure compliance with Georgia home care regulations and agency standards What We're Looking For Current, unrestricted Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license Nursing experience; home care, home health, senior care, or private-duty experience preferred Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills Excellent communication and documentation skills Compassionate, professional, dependable, and organized Comfortable working independently in clients' homes Ability to coach and support CNAs, PCAs, and caregivers Strong time-management and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes Valid driver's license and required automobile insurance Current CPR/BLS certification preferred The RIGHT RN for This Role You may be an experienced home-care nurse, an RN looking to step away from traditional bedside nursing, or an experienced nurse seeking meaningful part-time work with greater scheduling flexibility.
