As our Assisted Living RN, you'll be the clinical anchor for our residents and the staff who support them day to day. What You'll Do Monitor resident health and respond quickly to changes in condition Guide and support caregiving staff to keep resident care on track Work with community leadership to coordinate each resident's care needs Complete assessments and update care plans with resident and family input Arrange appointments, referrals, transportation, and related communication Oversee medication services and keep the community in regulatory compliance Document incidents, look into concerns, and follow through on next steps What You'll Need Required: Active RN license in New Jersey Able to pass a background check and drug screen Flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions available) Preferred: 1+ years of nursing experience Pay and Benefits $40.33-$50.33 per hour, based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Group life and voluntary life insurance Tuition assistance, professional development, and e-learning access Generous paid time off plus 9 paid holidays Retirement plan with employer match Employee assistance program and employee discounts Schedule Full-time, day shift, 8-hour shifts May include weekend and holiday rotations Ready to apply?
