As a Registered Nurse on our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team, you'll provide direct clinical care to residents as part of a campus that's served South Jersey families for more than a century. What You'll Do Assess and monitor residents' health status throughout your shift Provide nursing care in accordance with each resident's individualized care plan Admit, transfer, and discharge residents following facility procedure Document care and medication administration accurately and on time Contribute to care planning, resident assessments, and evaluations Work with residents, families, and the care team to support each resident's well-being What You'll Need Required: Active RN license in New Jersey 1+ year of nursing experience Preferred: Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Pay and Benefits $40.33 to $50.33 per hour, based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Group life and voluntary life insurance Tuition assistance, professional development, and e-learning access Generous paid time off plus 9 paid holidays Retirement plan with employer match Employee assistance program and discount program Schedule Part-time evening shifts 2p-10p, with holiday and weekend rotation.
