As a Registered Nurse, you’ll support a diverse patient population and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality, patient-centered outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in an environment built on teamwork, learning, and continuous improvement. In this role, you provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices, complete thorough assessments and implement individualized care plans to support optimal recovery. You coordinate and communicate with physicians, ancillary staff and families to ensure continuity and clarity throughout each patient’s stay. You maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold all safety and regulatory standards while actively contributing to a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and accountability. Qualifications Education & Experience High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required Consistent demonstration of competent clinical nursing practice proficiency required 1+ Years acute care RN experience preferred Licenses and Certifications RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required Disclaimers • Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.• If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.
