Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Fort Defiance, AZ Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Hours: Approximately 4 hours per month Pay: $45–$55 per hour, based on experience Mileage: Mileage reimbursement available Sign-On Bonus: $1,750 sign-on bonus, paid out at 60 and 120 days Giving Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care in the comfort of the patient’s home. The nurse will provide care in accordance with the physician-established plan of care and work collaboratively with the patient, family, and care team to support the patient’s health, safety, comfort, and quality of life. Responsibilities Provide nursing care in the patient’s residence in accordance with the physician-established plan of care. Monitor the patient’s condition and report significant changes as appropriate. Perform treatments and administer medications as ordered and within the nurse’s scope of practice. Provide patient and family education as appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Communicate effectively with the patient, family, physician, and other members of the care team. Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and independence. Follow applicable professional, regulatory, and agency requirements. Qualifications Current RN or LPN license applicable to the state of Arizona. Previous home health or in-home nursing experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work independently and follow an established plan of care.
