PER DIEM PRIVATE DUTY REGISTERED NURSE (RN) – PART TIME / FULL TIME Pay: $55–$60 per hour, based on experience Location: Warwick, Rhode Island Schedule: Per diem/part-time with consistent Monday–Friday business-hour availability JOIN THE GOLD STANDARD TEAM Assured Quality Homecare (ASQ) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership and oversight for private-duty home care clients throughout Rhode Island. This position is designed for a weekday clinical professional. Admissions, assessments, medical appointments, and provider collaboration primarily occur during regular business hours. This is not a night- or weekend-focused per diem role. YOUR ROLE As a Per Diem Private Duty RN, you will guide clients through the most important parts of their care journey—from the initial assessment to ongoing clinical oversight. * Conduct in-home assessments, admissions, and client intakes * Develop, review, and update individualized care plans * Supervise CNAs and provide client-specific instruction * Collaborate with physicians, families, hospitals, and other providers * Accompany clients to medical appointments when needed * Support hospital discharges and safe transitions home * Provide medication management, wound care, and other skilled nursing services * Document clinical updates accurately and communicate concerns promptly WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Our ideal nurse is an experienced servant leader who combines strong clinical judgment with compassion, professionalism, and resourcefulness.
