Hiring Agency RN - Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3+ months nursing home experience. NURSING HOME EXPERIENCE is required including every other weekend. Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Floor Nurse in a variety of clinical environments. As a Floor Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients on the floor, monitoring their conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Pay Period: Sunday to Saturday Pay Schedule: Weekly, Every Thursday via Direct Deposit Availability: Full-Time & Part-time, 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm & 11pm-7am (Rotating weekends required) Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, with a focus on patient safety and quality of care. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective patient care strategies. Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and care plans. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including assessments, interventions, and responses to treatments. Participate in team meetings, contributing insights about patient care and ways to improve outcomes.
