You’ll contribute to residents’ wellbeing while being part of a culture defined by connection—to one another, to our community, and to work with real purpose. * Provide safe assistance with transfers, positioning, and ambulation using appropriate equipment, transfer devices, and proper body mechanics to support resident and team member safety. * Document care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record and report changes in resident condition to nursing leadership. * Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance with individualized care plans. * Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance. * Measure and record vital signs as assigned. * Maintain resident rooms to support a clean, safe, comfortable, and accessible environment. * Participate in staff meetings, in-service education, and assigned training opportunities. * Support a positive dining experience by assisting residents during meals and encouraging resident engagement. What You Will Earn Pay Range: $20.80-$23.53 per hour PLUS shift differentials.
