You’ll contribute to residents’ wellbeing while being part of a culture defined by connection—to one another, to our community, and to work with real purpose. * Serve as the clinical leader on the shift and coordinate safe care delivery * Provide clinical oversight and guidance to LPN and Certified Nursing Assistant to ensure safe, coordinated care delivery * Monitor resident care need and assign task to ensure timely and safe care practice * Recognize and respond to change in resident condition using sound clinical judgment and communicate change in condition to physician, family, and leadership * Conduct nursing assessment including admission assessment and evaluation following fall, injury, wound, or medication error, and perform and oversee treatment including wound care and IV therapy as indicated * Complete incident report and contribute to fall review process * Assess and respond to behavioral expression associated with dementia using supportive, non-pharmacologic intervention and support a calm, respectful care environment * Ensure medication and treatment are administered safely and accurately, including oral, injectable, IV, and tube feeding medication according to physician order and nursing standard * Maintain accurate documentation within the PointClickCare (PCC) system and maintain appropriate narcotic control, medication storage, and regulatory compliance related to medication management WHAT YOU WILL EARN Pay Range: $36.65-$46.43 per hour PLUS shift differentials.
