Assist with the preparation, submission and management of internal/external compliance documentation at all stages of the research project. Assist with the selection, education, testing, and monitoring of research project participants. Follow protocols and collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of participant care. Document patient care and study results using appropriate formats and systems. Communicate patient/study results on an on-going basis to research team. Participate in quality assurance/improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with applicable standards of care and regulatory requirements. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
