Open Position Currently looking for a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to fill openings in the Casa Grande and surrounding areas. Responsibilities of the Home Health RN - Registered Nurse * Effectively collaborate with care team * Patient assessment and evaluation of patients progress towards goals * Design and implementation of care plan * Plan and facilitate appropriate discharge * Accurate and complete patient documentation * Provide care which promotes quality, continuity, and patient safety * Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the community * Compliance with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Requirements of the Home Health RN * Home Care experience preferred but not required * RN State License or Multi-state Compact License required * Basic Life Support (BLS) * Valid Drivers License * Current Finger Print Clearance card * 1 year or current TB test * Reliable mode of transportation * Malpractice Insurance Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour
