Registered Nurse (RN) – PM & NOC Shifts Sunnyvale Gardens Post Acute | Sunnyvale, CA Sunnyvale Gardens Post Acute is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team for PM and NOC shifts. Our 140-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Position Highlights Job Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $50.00–$58.00 per hour, DOE Shifts: PM & NOC Schedule: 4 days on, 2 days off – rotating schedule Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, and Retirement/401(k) options Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate, high-quality clinical care to short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents. Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies safely and accurately. Perform resident assessments and monitor for changes in condition. Accurately document clinical findings, interventions, and resident status. Provide direction and support to CNAs and LVNs. Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Respond appropriately to clinical concerns and emergencies. Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment. Qualifications Current, unrestricted California RN license. Current BLS/CPR certification.
