Demonstrates ability to assess/interpret age-specific data. Encourages involvement of patient/family/significant other in decision making related to plan of care. Performs the priority procedures for the assigned patients or areas safely - without causing harm legally - within the scope of practice and SMMC policy and in a manner perceived as satisfying by the patient and family. Performs all procedures for the assigned patients or areas. Acts as a resource for all procedures for the assigned patients or areas. Job Requirements Required One to two years of Labor & Delivery experience Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification - American Heart Association Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
