Where Care Meets Heart! * Location: 238 Virginia Ave, Campbell, CA 95008 * Website: https://www.greenhills-manor.com/ [https://www.greenhills-manor.com/] We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a skilled nursing facility.  RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status and needs. * Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. * Monitor residents' progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans. * Provide education to residents and families about health conditions and care options. * Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care. * Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely in electronic records. QUALIFICATIONS: * Fresh or newly licensed RNs are welcome * Experienced RN is preferred * Experience in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care/senior care is a plus * A valid and active California license as a Registered Nurse is required * Must have an active BLS through the American Heart Association * Must have an active CPR Certification * Interest in working with the geriatric population * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
