Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October. Position Highlights: Position: Registered Nurse Location: Chicago Full time Hours: Availability from 3p to 11:30p M-F with call requirements (PMs, Nights and weekends included) What you will do: Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnosis, plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of nursing care to patients and their families. Maintains competency reflective of current standards practice. Interacts and contributes to the professional development of peers and colleagues. Integrates ethical provisions in all areas of nursing practice. Integrates evidence-based practice and research findings into nursing practice. Recognizes and adjusts to situations that vary from the norm. Promotes safety measures to prevent patient and staff injuries. Guides and supervises staff in the provision of patient care. Enhances own professional growth and development. Maintains a safe therapeutic working environment and recognizes need for action in emergency situations. Documentation is thoroughly and timely completed Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. What you will need: Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing Certification/License: IL RN License CPR BLS through American Heart Association ACLS, PALS, NRP through American Heart Association within 90 days of start Experience: Prefer at least one year of experience as a staff nurse. Demonstrates mastery of nursing skills. Communicates effectively and if experienced RN, is able to guide and supervise nursing personnel.
