Whether supervising staff, coordinating complex care plans, or directly supporting patients and families, you’ll play a key role in helping residents live each day with dignity, independence, and the highest quality of life. As a Registered Nurse you will: Manage Clinical Operations and Care Standards – Implement and uphold clinical standards, following the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate patient care needs with internal and external services while ensuring accurate clinical documentation. Deliver Direct Patient Care – Initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures, observe and report changes in conditions, and reach, supervise, and counsel patients to promote optimal health and safety. Build Relationships and Ensure Compliance – Create an environment that ensures high-quality care (physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual) while promoting patient independence and dignity. Establish effective communication with all patients. Other Duties as Assigned – The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive. This job also requires: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota. CPR within 6 months of hire. Clear and compassionate communication abilities. Experience in long-term care, acute care, or rehabilitation is preferred Knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical best practices. Proficient in English to ensure effective communication with resident, team members and family. Ability to pass state mandated background check. Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
