Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required. Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support team. Qualifications: Active RN License in good standing. 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred). Active CPR / BLS Certification.
