RN: Short-Term Rehab/Sub-Acute Now hiring for Full-Time Evenings, 3 pm to 11:30 pm $36.92 - 50.67/hour PLUS Shift and Weekend Differentials! Our Weekend Differential is $7 per hour (Pay based on experience) Also Part-time Evening for Skilled/Long Term Care!  Part-time = Working every other weekend with $7/hour Shift Diff! When you join our team, you can expect: * Health and prescription coverage with lower-than-average deductibles and copays * Dental and vision benefits * Free short- and long-term disability coverage * Employer-paid Life and AD&D Insurance for full-time employees (optional supplemental life insurance) * 401(k) program with employer matching up to 6% * Generous vacation, sick, and holiday pay with an option to "cash out" unused vacation hours * MTA discounted bus passes * Teladoc - Free 24-hour access to a physician * Employee Assistance Program with a variety of free services * Employee Recognition Program * Free access to our Employee Wellness Program, such as Zumba and Pilates  What will I do as an RN with Keswick? * Perform nursing care according to established nursing standards and individualizes care based on the care plan and physician orders. * Function as shift Charge Nurse as assigned and oversee care delivery and completion of nursing tasks by RNs, LPNs and GNAs. * Performs resident/patient assessments upon admission and per unit standards. * Ensure patient safety, comfort and regulatory compliance by performing clinical rounds. * Maintain resident/patient clinical records according to established policies and procedures; make corrections and additions to medical records following facility standards and procedures. * Transcribe physicians' orders to resident/patient charts, medication records etc. as required. * Administer medications and treatments according to regulations and established procedures. * Receive report from off-going shift and gives report to oncoming shift during walking rounds. * Complete required documentation related to the patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes and ensures that all steps have been completed. What is required in this position? * Graduation from an accredited RN Nursing program: Registered Nurse curriculum is required; Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred. * Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure without disciplinary infractions by Maryland Board of Nursing. * Current BLS certification required. * At least 1 year of prior continual experience with the same long-term care facility is required. 2 or more years of service are preferred. * IV insertion skills preferred. * One year of recent Medical-Surgical experience is required for assignment to Baker Rehab and is desirable for all other assignments.
