What We’re Looking For: Active LPN or RN license in the practicing state Eligible to work in the United States Experience administering medications and following individualized care plans is a plus Comfortable exercising independent clinical judgment in a one-on-one home care setting is a plus Strong communication and observation skills, including clearly recognizing and communicating patient status changes, are a plus Comfortable working directly with family caregivers in the home, including communicating updates, building trust with parents, and coordinating day-to-day care in a one-on-one setting, is a plus Why Choose Phoenix?: Structured Shift Options: Choose the path that fits your life with Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN options.
