Job Description Registered Nurse (RN) Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an exciting potential opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) at the Dayton VA Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. Position Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support the health and well-being of our nation's Veterans. This role requires strong clinical judgment, patient advocacy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services in a federal healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Assess patients and develop individualized nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses. Document patient care accurately within the electronic health record. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management. Collaborate with providers and healthcare teams to support positive patient outcomes. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current, unrestricted RN license. Current BLS/CPR certification. Minimum one year of recent clinical nursing experience. Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
