About the Role: * Clinical Onboarding & Screenings: Review pre-employment physicals, administer vaccines (flu, hepatitis), and perform TB skin tests or respiratory fit testing. * Injury & Exposure Management: Triage and treat work-related injuries, manage bloodborne pathogen exposures, and coordinate care. * Return-to-Work Coordination: Evaluate employees returning from extended medical leave and review fitness-for-duty clearances. * Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain confidential health records in alignment with OSHA, DNV, and regulatory agencies. * Willing to travel between all three facilities (SUH HUH and BUH) all shifts as needed Minimum Qualifications: * Licensure: Active, NJ unencumbered RN license. * Certifications: Current BLS certification. * Experience: 1 to 2 years in occupational health, ambulatory care, medical-surgical, or emergency nursing.
