Now Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time AM Shift Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team on a full-time AM shift. Position Details Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: AM Shift Schedule: Full-Time AM Pay Rate: $45.00–$52.00 per hour, DOE Location: Moraga Post Acute Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans Assess residents' health status and monitor for changes in condition Administer medications and treatments as ordered Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation Communicate changes in residents' conditions to physicians and appropriate members of the interdisciplinary team Collaborate with CNAs, LVNs, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Assist with developing, implementing, and updating resident care plans Respond promptly to resident needs and medical emergencies Provide education and support to residents and their families Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and applicable nursing standards Promote resident dignity, safety, comfort, and quality of life Qualifications Current and valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team Strong organizational and time-management skills Compassionate, professional, and resident-focused approach Current CPR certification preferred Why Join Moraga Post Acute?
