Demonstrates technical nursing skills (as documented in unit skills list). Utilizes the nursing process to provide safe therapeutic care for patients: Score: Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients Documentation of the nursing process as required by MMC standards Identifies changes in patient's condition and intervenes appropriately. Provides patient care for a given patient assignment, either as a primary caregiver or by delegating and supervising as a team leader Job Requirements Required One (1) year current medical/surgicalnursing in an acute care setting orspecialty area experience Registered Nurse: CA RN License Basic Life Support - CPR BLS, within 30 Days Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS, within 30 Days
