Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will provide direct care to patients in their homes or care facilities. An active, unencumbered state Registered Nurse license. Current driver's license and auto liability coverage. Interest and Ability in providing patient care in homes and facilities.
